The Consortium of Liberal Arts Colleges (CLAC) invites you to submit proposals for sessions that advance technology leadership and collaboration in liberal arts institutions. This year’s conference emphasizes strategy, innovation, and community—not product pitches.

Program Tracks
Choose from these focus areas (or propose your own):
- Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Policy, governance, ethical use, practical applications, challenges.
- Enterprise Systems & Data Management: ERP/SIS migrations, data governance, analytics, integrations.
- Infrastructure & Operations: Networking, virtualization, cloud services, HPC clusters, cybersecurity.
- Teaching, Learning & User Support: Academic tech, helpdesk, makerspaces, accessibility.
- Campus Operations & Security: Physical access, visitor management, cybersecurity programs.
- Professional Development & CLAC Community: Collaboration, surveys, work-life balance.
Session Formats
- Presentation (45 min): Case study or research with Q&A
- Panel (45 min): Multiple perspectives on a topic
- Interactive Workshop (60 min): Hands-on skill-building
- Informational sessions (30–45 min)

Proposal Requirements
Include:
- Title (max 12 words)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Three Learning Outcomes
- Session Format

- Presenter Details (name, title, institution)
- Engagement Plan
- Accessibility Plan (contrast, alt text, describe visuals)
Presenter Guidelines & Policies
- Confirm all presenters before listing them.
- A CLAC/Sched profile is required to submit, present, and register.
- All speakers must present in person; remote participation is not supported.
- Presenters are responsible for registration, travel, and lodging costs.
- CLAC does not cover additional costs (travel, lodging, materials).
- All selected presenters must complete a speaker agreement form.
- CLAC reserves the right to edit titles and abstracts for consistency.
- Vendor proposals are welcome only when co-presented with a campus partner and focused on strategy and outcomes—not product demos.
